Workspace users have access to all licenses within a Workspace and can assign them to LinkedIn accounts they have access to. Licenses from other Workspaces are not available for LinkedIn accounts in the current Workspace.
However, Linked Helper users can move orders, individual licenses, and data credits between Workspaces. To do so, a user must be an Owner or Admin in both Workspaces.
Transfer orders
When an order is moved to another workspace, every valid license or associated data credits are moved to another workspace as well.
- Navigate to Billing > Orders and invoices menu.
- Hover the mouse over the order and click Transfer button.
- Choose a workspace to transfer the order to.
Transfer licenses
- Navigate to Licenses menu.
- Hover the mouse over the license and click Transfer button.
- Choose a workspace to transfer the license to.
- You can transfer Data credits to the other workspace as well.
Transfer Data credits
- Navigate to Billing > Data credits menu.
- Click Transfer button in the upper right corner.
- Choose a workspace to transfer Data credits to.

Yes, provided that you have owner, manager, or editor access.
Can I transfer license to another workspace I'm a member of?
No, you need to be owner or admin of that workspace.
Can I transfer a license bought by another user?
Yes, any workspace user with admin role can transfer any license.
Will a license be available for everyone in a workspace?
The license will be available for every user except those with guest role.
Will I be able to return the license back from the workspace after transfer?
Yes, provided that you still have admin or owner role in the workspace a license was moved to.
