What are AI credits?
AI Credits are credits issued with a paid license or bought separately for a Workspace. They can be used for generating invitation and follow-up messages, creating custom replies in Linked Helper Inbox, identifying ICP (ideal customer profile) based on collected information, etc.
Every time you buy a license, credits are added to the balance as per this table:
| Standard license | PRO license | |
| 1 month | 250 credits | 500 credits |
| 3 months | 650 credits | 1275 credits |
| 6 months | 975 credits | 1950 credits |
| 12 months | 1500 credits | 3000 credits |
What AI features AI credits can be used for?
Linked Helper AI functionality includes the following options:
- template generation in messaging actions;
- personalized message generation for fully automated campaigns (coming soon);
- profile analysis for ICP detection;
- custom reply generation through Inbox;
- post commenting (coming soon);
- text editing.
Can I use AI credits without a license?
No. All the features are available within LinkedIn account instance window only. To open this window, you need to have a license.
How credits are deducted?
Each time Linked Helper successfully generates a message, identifies ICP, etc, one AI Credit is deducted from your account.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, you can buy more credits in AI Credits menu of Account Manager Window. We have three packages to offer:
- Basic - 2000 credits for $6
- Standard - 4000 credits for $11
- Pro - 6000 credits for $15
Will my credits expire?
If you purchased a credit package through the AI Credits menu, the credits in that package do not expire.
However, credits included with a paid license expire when the license expires.
If the license is set to auto-renew, the credit package issued for the current billing period expires at the end of that billing period, and a new credit package is issued for the next billing period.
If you cancel auto-renewal, or if the license was originally purchased without auto-renewal, all credits associated with that license expire when the license expires.
Where can I check Workspace credits usage and expiration date?
AI credits sub-menu contains two tabs:
- "Usage" shows how many credits were spent during chosen period of time.
- In the "Packages" tab you can find information about both expiring and non-expiring credits:
