When Linked Helper collects profiles, it scrapes only basic information such as profile URL, first and last names, headline, etc. When Linked Helper automatically visits a profile page, it scrapes most of the available information such as job experience, skills, etc.
Linked Helper allows you to download profiles from the CRM, as well as from any sub-list of an Action or Campaign. It is also possible to upload URL from an external source or upload profiles' data from Linked Helper CSV file.

Downloading from CRM
CRM (available with Built-in CRM plug-in installed) contains all the profiles that were ever added to Linked Helper. When you collect profiles into a campaign, Linked Helper adds into the CRM all available profiles from the LinkedIn webpage even if they are skipped during collecting. If you import profiles' URLs or upload them from a CSV, Linked Helper adds such profiles into CRM as well. CRM contains all the profiles that were ever added or collected into a campaign.

Downloading from a Campaign list
Each Linked Helper campaign has a Lists tab with several lists where profiles are stored. At the same time, as you probably already know, a workflow of a Linked Helper campaign can consist of several actions. Each action has a set of lists that is similar to the lists on a campaign level.
The difference between Campaign lists and Actions lists is that a Campaign list contains profiles from all Actions' lists with the same name (Exceptions are Queue, which contains profiles from the first Action Queue only, Successful list, which contains profiles from the last Action list only, and Processed, which contains profiles for whom the workflow is over: successfully processed profiles in the last Action, excluded, failed, replied, or messaged profiles). Processing list combines Queues of all Actions except the very first Action.
In order to download profiles from a certain list of Campaign, please:
- Choose a campaign (1).
- Navigate to Lists tab (2).
- Choose needed list (3).
- Filter profiles if needed (4).
- Select all or only those you want to download (5).
- Click Download button (6):
Downloading messaging history
Please, review this article on how messaging history can be scraped, viewed, and exported: Messaging history in Linked Helper.
Please note that:
- Campaign message history always starts with the message sent by Linked Helper (all previous messages are not included) and ends with the last message sent by any participant at the moment of scraping.
- The message which starts the campaign history must be sent by Linked Helper version #1.11.1 or above, otherwise, such message won't be counted as part of the campaign messaging history and hence won't be included. Here is the example: you sent three follow-up messages to a profile, the first one was sent via version #1.11.0, the second - via #1.11.1, and the third - 1.11.5. In this case, Linked Helper includes all messages starting with the second follow-up, the first follow-up won't be included as it was sent via version lower than #1.11.1
Here is a list of columns that you can find in exported CSV file from Linked Helper (and send it via Webhook). Columns from id to followers are related to the specific Linkedin profiles. Some of the details can be found here.
