Previously, with Automatic sent invites canceller for Filter contacts out of my network (keep 1st level only) plug-in installed and enabled, Linked Helper only removed pending invitations if profiles have not accepted them within specified amount of time (30 days by default).

Now, once invitation is withdrawn, Linked Helper checks Queues of all Filter contacts out of my network actions and, in case profile whose invite was withdrawn is found, moves the profile into the Failed list of the Action with the 'The invitation was canceled' error:

Thus, you can now easily filter the profiles by the date invitations to them were deleted, i.e. set up date in the 'To' field of the 'Activity date' filter to three weeks in the past and reinvite profiles  that were filtered:

To avoid extra high activity of visiting profiles during following, Linked Helper will be now clicking the Follow button on the search results page:

Profiles were successfully found in the event search yet Linked Helper got stuck at the messaging step with the 'MessageToPersonViaSearchPeopleOnEventPage.

CannotOpenChatForProfileViaSearchPeopleEventPage' error.

When trying to invite profiles from the search page, Linked Helper navigates to the profile pages in case 'Connect' button is not found. However, instead of clicking profile name to use in-page navigation, the tool used 'Load profile URL' method.

Previously, Linked Helper scraped messaging history only in case the profile was processed in a messaging action and received a message via the tool. Now it is possible to get messages from all the profiles you even interacted with, either manually or automatically via Linked Helper / any other automation tool.

Some accounts received an update from LinkedIn which broke collecting process from Recruiter project page.

LinkedIn updated endpoint when creating a seach in regular LinkedIn, hence the collecting profile from search failed.

LinkedIn had a bug when the invitation you sent manually is shown as failed while in fact it was sent and could be found on Sent invites page. Linked Helper marked such invitations as failed as well, but we adjusted the tool to reflect actual status of the profile.

Invite by email option is removed from Linked Helper as LinkedIn now does not allow its users to invite profiles via importing email addresses directly one by one or from a CSV file on this page - https://www.linkedin.com/mynetwork/import-contacts/iwe/.

LinkedIn support representative said that members no longer have access to the following features: 1) Sending invitations via direct email and 2) Uploading file of contacts to send invitations.

Despite the fact that Invite person by email Action and Invite by importing emails feature of Invite 2nd and 3rd level contacts Action are no longer working, there is still a workaround Linked Helper provides you with: Invite by using LinkedIn undocumented feature. Using it, you can invite more profiles per week than LinkedIn allows you to.

When Linked Helper sent a message to 1st connection or InMail, it didn't close the pop-up with the message which could obstruct the view and hid the button that needs to be clicked next, hence the error could occur.

In case there is no enough LinkedIn IDs, Linked Helper could miss the profile when checking his connection status via Filter contacts out of my network action. Previously, a solution was to add Visit & Extract profiles before Filter action. Now Linked Helper can get extra profile's ID from PAS service and define the status of a connection without the need of visiting a profile first.

Recently, Linked Helper could not reach its server due to certain issues and showed "Network error".

If Linked Helper receives several errors in a row from LinkedIn, it postpones the activity for several hours to avoid suspicion from LinkedIn.

When Linked Helper cannot find an event attendees in LinkedIn search (for example, he or she left the event or there is not enough data to find the lead).

We corrected the behaviour so that it is possible to continue attempts to send an InMail to the other profiles in the Queue.

Now there are to separate actions for sending messages to group members and sending messages to your 1st-degree connections:

• Message to group members
• Message to 1st connections

Do not worry if you have a campaign for group members messaging with Message to 1st connections | group members action - Message to group members action still have the ability to send messages to group members in such cases.

If Linked Helper receives several errors in a row from LinkedIn, it postpones the activity for several hours to avoid suspicion from LinkedIn. When user tries to send InMails to Open Link profiles and but there are non Open link profiles in the Queue and LinkedIn shows too many 'You're out of InMails credits' warning, Linked Helper postpones the action even though there is no error and the InMail can be sent to Open link profiles.

We corrected the behaviour so that it is possible to continue attempts to send an InMail to the other profiles in the Queue.

Linked Helper could not send InMails to 2nd or 3rd-degree connections who had Open Link status as it considered them as non Open Link profiles.

Do not worry, about emails: if your 1st-degree connection doesn't have an email in the Linked Helper CRM, then Linked Helper tries to scrape them each time during profile visiting.

There could be some issues if there is a difference in local time and time on your PC, for example, if you're in London, and your local time is 09:00 AM (GMT+01), but the PC where Linked Helper is running shows 9:05 AM (GMT+01).
