There are two ways to send a manual reply in Linked Helper:
Via Linked Helper manual messages feature
In Linked Helper, you can send a message to those who replied both from a campaign Reply list or Linked Helper Inbox (Inbox plug-in must be installed).
Creating messages
If you want to send a manual message to a person from the campaign Inbox Replied list:
- Navigate to a Replied list in your campaign:
- Click on the Speech bubble icon to see chat with profile:
Create a reply in the Messaging tab (you can also use predefined templates) on the right and click the Send button:
Editing messages
Linked Helper has a built-in functionality that allows AI to craft messages for you or modify drafts that you created manually.
Reply options feature contains pre-built prompts for generating replies based on the messaging history context:
If you choose Generate custom reply option, Linked Helper will open a popup where you can add custom prompt. You can regenerate the message if the current variant is not suitable:
Once message is saved as draft, an option to edit it becomes available, that allows you to:
- Fix grammar
- Shorten or Expand message
- Change tone of voice
- Translate into any other language
Sending messages
Once you click the Send button, Linked Helper will schedule messages to be sent. If you exit the chat, Linked Helper will offer you to send the message now or during the next run of any campaign:
Before exiting the chat, you will be able to:
Unschedule the message, it will be moved to the Unscheduled Messages tab of the Inbox.
Edit or delete the message while it is not sent yet.
Create a new message to be sent soon after the scheduled one.
