Our team constantly improves its product depending on the users' feedback. One of the most requested features was moving Linked Helper database from local storage to the cloud.
For part of its users, Linked Helper offers cloud-based storage version where the data is stored on Linked Helper's server while the automation actions are still executed on the customers' computers.

What data is shared between LinkedIn accounts in one workspace?
What advantages cloud-based storage version provides me with?
Is this cloud-based storage version a separate product?
No, both local storage and cloud-based storage versions are the same Linked Helper product and have identical LinkedIn automation capabilities.
How do I check which version I'm using?
If you're using cloud version, you see a cloud icon near LinkedIn account avatar or license.
What's main difference between local and cloud-based storage?
The main difference is that all data you create inside campaigns is stored on our servers rather then on the end user device. Switching to this architecture allows us to implement useful functions and features in the future, such as global lists, shared campaigns and inbox, etc.
Does cloud-based storage version require my computer turned on to run campaigns?
Yes. As it was previously mentioned, only data is moved to our servers. The campaigns run on your computer via Linked Helper.
Should I use separate support portal if I'm on the cloud-based storage version?
No, most of the articles apply to the cloud-based storage version as well.
Can I migrate to other version and store data locally/move it to the cloud?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment, but we will add this option in the future releases.
What data is shared between LinkedIn accounts in one workspace?
At the moment, every LinkedIn account in a cloud-based storage Workspace has access to the following data of other accounts:
Profiles and their notes in Linked Helper CRM
Message templates in Templates gallery
Tags
This information is not shared:
Campaigns of other LinkedIn accounts
Profile campaign history
Profile messaging history
Custom variables
What advantages cloud-based storage version provides me with?
With local storage version, users' data reside on their computers, hence any issue with their computers could lead to a data loss. Even switching from office machine to personal laptop cause inconveniences since they had to move data manually via backup files.
With the cloud-based storage version there is no need to sync data between devices or worry about data loss because of corrupted hard drive. You can install Linked Helper on a new computer, log in to your LinkedIn account and continue campaigns from where they were stopped at.
Another main advantage is incoming webhooks that allow you to feed leads to campaigns from any third-party tool without manual CSV file handling.
