In this campaign, Linked Helper visits profiles to get all data such as job history, skills, languages, emails, etc. The information scraped can be sent through a webhook to any other CRM like HubSpot, PipeDrive, SalesForce, etc. or web applications like Google Sheets, and Google Mail that support incoming webhook integration directly or via services like Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat).
Create new campaign
- Click Create new campaign button in the Campaign menu:
- Give your campaign a name, choose "Export profile information" template, and click Create:
Follow the steps of campaign generator:
- Add Visit & Extract profiles action to scrape leads' positions, skills, languages, etc. LinkedIn allows you to see emails only of your 1st-degree connections, and Linked Helper can scrape them with this action.
Note: If you're planning to get emails of your 2nd and 3rd-degree connections only, and don't need extra info such as past positions, languages, etc., then you can skip this step by enabling "I don't want to scrape profiles information" checkbox below: - If you want to scrape leads' info, including current organizations (headquarter location, web site and domain name, company size, industry, etc.), then you need to enable this option (available only with the first option above being enabled):
- Find Profile Emails action with LH Email Finder or Snov.io options enabled allows you to get emails of your 2nd and 3rd-degree connections as well.
You can add this action to fetch leads contacts, or you can tick the checkbox above if you don't need this, for example, when you're exporting your 1st-degree connections only: - At this step, you can set up an integration with any other tool using Zapier, Make, etc. to send the data from Linked Helper into your CRM. Check this section for more info: Integrations
Filter and collect leads for inviting
Once campaign is created, Linked Helper offers you to add leads to the newly created campaign.
Note: Linked Helper doesn't have its own filters for collecting from LinkedIn it uses those of LinkedIn search, hence you need to finely filter profiles in LinkedIn search to get most qualified leads - How to filter and collect profiles via Linked Helper
For that, you need to:
- Click Continue button:
- Choose source. We will be collecting from LinkedIn, so you need to click on LinkedIn website:
- You can use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter search pages to filter profiles by the criteria you need. Let's choose regular LinkedIn:
- You will be redirected to LinkedIn or other platform search page after clicking the "Load page" button:
- As it was already mentioned, Linked Helper relies on LinkedIn filters and simply collects all fetched profiles, so you need to make sure you utilize them to the maximum and precisely filter out profiles you wish to scrape:
- After applying all the required filters, begin collecting process by clicking ‘Collect’ in the left menu and choosing the ’from current page’ option:

You can delete unnecessary actions, for example, if you want to send only one message, or you can add another messaging action at the end in case you'd like to send the fourth message. Please, check this instruction for more info: How to create a new campaign in LH2?
Every action can be enhanced with plug-ins providing extra functionality - Plug-in Store.
