Main info
AI ICP detection action is used to filter ideal client profiles out of collected leads from LinkedIn.
Unlike a standard workflow, where profiles are added into a campaign based on the keyword search, workflow with AI ICP detection reads the full profile — summaries, experience write-ups, and company descriptions — to score how well each person matches your ICP, ranks them, and adds only the best matches to your campaign.
Here is what AI can detect that regular LinkedIn search cannot find out:
Whether someone has hands-on experience — not just a matching job title
What type of company they work at, based on the company's own description
Nuanced criteria like "product company, not an agency" or "actively selling, not just managing a team

Describe your ICP
Here you need to add a description of your ideal client profile you'd like to reach out. The more detailed the description, the more precise the scoring.
Profile data used by AI
To assess a profile, AI needs relevant data to rely upon.
You can choose what data to use for message generation. By clicking Edit button, you navigate to the section that allows you either to choose from pre-built templates or create a custom list of required data which will later be scraped by Linked Helper.
Note: if data field status is required yet no such data is scraped for a profiles from LinkedIn or fetched from Linked Helper Data Enrichment, then such profile will be moved into Failed list.
Minimum ICP match
After analyzing profiles data, AI assigns a score to every profile. The higher score is, the better profile matches your ICP description.
Profile data settings
There are two options to get the data needed for AI ICP detection:
Data Enrichment - Linked Helper's internal service that allows customers to get profile and company data of LinkedIn profiles. Works instantly, but not all information can be found. Linked Helper populates data fields of the profile in your account using the data from our server without visiting LinkedIn profiles and saving more time for other valuable activity such as inviting or messaging.
-
Visit and Extract - Linked Helper's action that visits profiles one by one in LinkedIn and scrapes all available information from their pages. Works slower and has daily limits, but scrapes all information from profile pages.
No enrichment option allows you to skip this step if you are sure the profiles already have been enriched or have the needed data scraped.
When Data Enrichment is chosen, you can set Visit and Extract action as a fallback to ensure all needed data is scraped.
How it works
After you set up the action, added profiles into the campaign and started it, Linked Helper executes the following algorithm:
A profile in the Profiles to process list is checked for available data. Depending on the settings, Linked Helper scrapes profile in LinkedIn or searches info in Data Enrichment database.
Note: if there is no enough info available after scraping, or you sent No enrichment option, then profile is processed as is.The profile is then sent to AI for analysis and sent back to Linked Helper.
If the match percentage is higher than the confidence level you set up in the Action, the profile is moved to the Successful list and then further into the next step of the campaign. If the match percentage is lower, then profile is moved to the Failed list with error message.
