Built-in CRM allows you to manage contacts from all your campaigns in one place.
To enable it please:
- Navigate to the Plug-in Store menu.
- Find Built-in CRM plug-in and click Install button:
- Once plug-in is installed, CRM menu appears on the left:
In some cases you may need a list of all profiles that you ever interacted with via Linked Helper – for example, to exclude them in another LinkedIn account which is also managed by a Linked Helper user. You can download all profiles from the CRM into a CSV which later can be forwarded to your colleague. The file can also be opened either in MS Excel or in Google Sheets for deeper profile analysis and filtering.
The CRM is a place where you can find all the profiles which were ever collected into your campaigns or added there from a CSV file. This built-in CRM allows you to filter and tag profiles across all campaigns, add filtered profiles into campaigns, and download them into CSV files.
Profiles’ data is scraped when a profile is collected or visited by the program, and stored in a local database that is located on your PC. The amount of the information provided for each profile depends on whether it was only collected and not yet visited, or its page was fully scraped by the program when visited.
